Promigas priced the additional 2034 notes at a floating interest rate based on the IBR interbank lending rate plus 3.75%, it said in securities filing. The company carried out the deal along with its subsidiaries Gases del Oriente and Surtigas. Barranquilla-based Promigas sold COP8 billion worth of notes as part of the offering, while Gases del Oriente and Surtigas issued COP65 billion and COP60.1 billion respectively, according to a separate filing. The deal was arranged by the International Finance Corporation, the private sector division of the World Bank Group.
