The development bank priced new 4.625% 2028 notes at 99.907 to yield 4.659%, or 75 basis points over SONIA mid-swaps. It opened the initial price talk in the 85 basis points area and set guidance at around 80 basis points before launching the deal, the source said. Bank of America, BNP Paribas and Barclays were bookrunners on the offering, the person added. Demand peaked slightly above £3.1 billion, resulting in a deal that was roughly 4.1 times oversubscribed, according to a source familiar with the deal.
